Bishop State Truck Driving School

Bishop State’s Truck Driving School is a comprehensive program that prepares individuals for a successful career in the trucking industry.

The program combines classroom learning, hands-on training, and certification to give students the skills and knowledge necessary to become successful truck drivers.

Students learn the rules and regulations of the road, as well as essential skills such as backing up, turning, and maneuvering a commercial vehicle.

Additionally, students are trained on how to perform pre-trip inspections, properly use electronic logging devices, and secure cargo for transport.

Bishop State’s Truck Driving School is committed to providing its students with the highest quality education and support, including job placement assistance.

Those who complete the program are well-equipped to enter the trucking industry as safe, skilled, and confident drivers.

Bishop State Community College has opened a new CDL training Facility in Jackson, Ala.
