The City of Jackson is currently accepting resumes and applications for the position of Chief of Police.
The minimum requirements are APOST Certified, FBI National Academy Graduate or equivalent and/or a four (4) year Bachelor’s Degree. The Chief of Police serves as the senior law enforcement officer for the department, is responsible for the management of all personnel and operational affairs and oversees safety and security for a wide variety of programs and facilities.
